PRICES (One Guest)	Most of the year: $59/nite Summer (June 20 - Sept 30): $65/nite Certain Holidays: $75/nite DISCOUNTS: $378/week, if you prepay AND you will stay for 7 days Prepayment must be received at least 2 weeks before arrival, unless time does not allow. Space is guaranteed only upon receiving deposit or prepayment.
Two Guests	$25 surcharge. Must share same double bed. Not often accepted, and only for a few nights at most.
What's INCLUDED?	At quoted prices we include Kitchen access, breakfast (you prepare, we supply food), Sheets & Towels changed weekly. FREE daily phone call or Fax to Europe, Asia, Australia, Canada or South America (LIMIT: 3 minutes/day, we dial for you). FREE computer/email/internet access. (LIMIT: 15 minutes/night. Extra time: 10 cents/minute - locking screensaver used). FREE (new) instead of prepayment discount, you may ask for an unlimited bus & subway pass good for each day you stay here (if you are staying here for at least 4 days). Friendly support and advice on tourism, etc.
What's EXTRA?	We can arrange, at EXTRA charge: Show tickets School Courses Dance Center Classes Restaurant Reservations Telephone Prepaid Calling Cards (USA/International) Airline Tickets Cell Phone with prepaid usage (Deposit $150 in cash) We need advanced NOTICE for these services, and we add service fees(*See Note at bottom).
If I cancel, after booking, do you charge me?	The place is for just one person, and after we get your deposit or reservation we won't take any other person. We respect your reservation, so please understand our situation and respect us. We loose income if you cancel on short notice. Please call us 48 hours (or more) before arrival date for cancellation, otherwise, we must charge a cancellation fee of 15% of the total booking.
Can I call overseas?	Yes, but limited phone use, please. You can buy phone cards from us, if you do not have your own. See FREE DAILY CALL (above). ( You can check our website for the rate to any country. It is cheaper than 'collect call' or payphone charges).
How can I be sure that you are honest and the place is ok?	Fortunately, we've seldom had problems between our guests and ourselves. How can I pay?	The deposit required is 25% of your stay (or at least $65). No reservations will be made without a deposit. Balance paid to us on day of arrival in cash, traveler's or bank checks. * Note: We have seen other agents add up to 300% EXTRA in fees to room and show ticket prices, paid to them overseas (your country) before the traveller leaves for New York. We add (only for EXTRA services) 10% to 30% - not 100% to 300%. Be CAREFUL who you trust!!
