About your room space
| The loft is an added platform inside a closed room
(formerly a bedroom). The loft has standing headroom and accommodates sleeping space for up to a double bed (we have a comfortable double futon there now). Leftover space in the loft is just enough to maneuver in. | |
| It is small and will serve for a week or two at a time while you look for something larger at close hand, or is fine if you commute back and forth. | |
| You have access to the space under the loft in that room, which
also serves as my computer area. The room is private. The loft space is not visible to anyone not in the loft. | |

| We charge $60/nite. Rates are a sensitive
issue, since we do this out of extreme need. We rent short term so as to compete with hotel rates, and also so as not to get 'stuck' with someone who is difficult to get along with. That is, in fact, the biggest concern. We've been lucky so far, and 14 out of 16 guests have been great. | |
